Emergencies

Our fire alarms are tested weekly, and our emergency lighting is checked monthly to ensure safety. Additionally, bi-annual checks are carried out to confirm that all systems are functioning correctly. Please treat any fire alarm as a real emergency.

In the unlikely event of a fire, instructions on the back of your door will guide you to safety. Please ensure you do not use the lift. Noise Policy

To maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Please be considerate of others in common areas and corridors.

Should you experience any disturbance, don't hesitate to contact Reception for assistance. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a restful atmosphere for all our guests.

For any issues outside of regular hours, there is an intercom located at the side of Reception to notify the Out of Hours service. This service ensures assistance is always available when needed.

In-room heating

Our radiators are centrally controlled with thermostatic settings. If you find it too cold, simply use the dial on the radiator to adjust the heat. Should you feel too warm, we can provide a cooling system or fan for your comfort.

Alternatively, we provide blankets for additional warmth, or we can replace a duvet with a sheet if you prefer.

Bed & Pillows

Pillows are a matter of personal preference; some guests may favour firm pillows, while others might prefer soft ones, or have a choice between feather or synthetic fillings. Please let us know if we can change your pillow to enhance your comfort.

We take great care in selecting our beds, investing significantly to ensure they provide maximum comfort. However, should you need them, we do offer mattress toppers to make the beds softer.

In-room security

Your room is equipped with a secure lock system, fully upgraded in 2024. Access to your room is limited to you, our management team, and housekeeping, with each entry being recorded by the lock.

Should management deem it necessary to access your room, or if any urgent work needs to be conducted, our management key will override any deadlock.

For your personal items such as passports and money, a safe is available for use. To operate the safe, simply close it, choose and enter a 4-digit code, and press the 'lock' button. When finished, close again and press 'lock'.

You should hear the safe locking. To reopen, just enter your chosen 4-digit code. If you experience any issues with the safe, our team is ready to assist you.

Housekeeping

Our Housekeeping team is dedicated to maintaining your room's freshness and cleanliness. They visit hotel rooms daily to restock the hospitality tray and replenish toilet rolls.

Provided there are no personal items obstructing the way, your bed will be remade each day, and your bed linen will be changed on the 7th day.

If a 'Do Not Disturb' sign is placed on your door, the housekeeping team will respect your privacy and will not enter unless there is an urgent matter that requires immediate attention.

Bathroom toiletries & towels

If you've forgotten anything, don't worry! We have a supply of items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving foam, and razors available for you. Alternatively, Tesco is located around 2km away, or a Spar convenience store is just 200m around the corner for any additional needs.

Towels are provided in the bathroom and will only be replaced if you leave them in the bathroom/shower, in an effort to help the environment.
