Welbeck Alaska & Profiteroles
Today’s special sweet, waiting to be baked for you are the Welbeck Alaskas – from our oven this morning, a genoese sponge base topped with pear & blueberry, Davisons Orange & Chocolate Ice Cream and finished with meringue.
Our second option are my profiteroles, which will be filled with fresh cream and topped with chocolate sauce.
Of course there are lots of other starters, main courses & sweets. We’re open for lunch Monday to Friday 12 -2pm, Sunday 12.30 to 2.30pm and Dinner every night from 6.15 to last orders at 9.30pm.
